CNC turning and milling
For CNC turning we use highly advanced CNC machines. We are particularly proud of our new acquisitions, namely:
1. QUICK TECH T8 TWIN
Y axis to Φ65
This lathe is capable of producing a piece from the first and the last side, and its advantage is moving the revolver on the Y axis as well.
2. HANWHA XD26 CNC
center with sliding/rotating head to Φ26
This is very fast and precise lathe with sliding and rotating head for large series of demanding pieces. Its feature is moving on the Y axis with eight driven tools as well.
3. TAKANG TNC 200 DST CNC
center with two revolvers to Φ52
CAM turning
Our production also includes machines that are designed only for the production of less demanding pieces. The advantage is cheaper and faster production.

The band saw is used for our own needs and the needs of other clients, such as preparing blanks for further processing on CNC machines and cutting pipes for fences.
